1. Necessary device data
Session cookies support sign-in, organization and workspace choice, and protection against forged changes. Clerk may use necessary identity cookies. Browser storage remembers language, theme and dismissed hints. Saving a form for later happens on the device after the user chooses it and does not submit the request.
2. Optional measurement
Application usage measurement starts after consent, with rejection offered alongside acceptance. Consent can later be changed in privacy settings. This document does not establish that an unactivated external analytics tool is operating. The described flow does not use advertising tracking cookies.
3. Duration and control
Session and security cookies expire under identity and session settings; signing out ends access. Local preferences remain until changed or removed in the browser. A saved form lasts seven days, after which the application will not restore it. Removing necessary cookies may require signing in again; privacy explains data rights and contact.
