1. Service and parties

Patternward helps businesses observe advertising markets, analyze owned results, plan ideas, prepare creatives, calendars and reports. Service provider particulars below must be completed before an agreement. The selected plan defines available functions and limits; Beta and Early access identify limited or upcoming functions.

2. Account and trial

Accounts require verified identity and document acceptance. Before the trial, the owner signs the DPA and confirms authority. The free week is available once per organization and verified business domain, or per address for public mail. The seven days begin when your audit arrives; the start and end dates are recorded once. No card is required and no paid plan or charge starts automatically.

3. Plans and payments

The chosen plan sets the features and limits. The free week, renewal, payment methods, cancellation, refunds and invoices are described in the part Free week, payments, cancellation and refunds below. Tax terms and sales documents require adviser confirmation.

4. Own material and publishing

Customers retain rights in their material and authorize processing only to provide the service. They must have rights to text, likenesses, music and data, and review suggestions before use. Creative approval is not publication. Channels awaiting admission provide a manual publishing package; automatic publication requires a connected account and an available channel. Suggestions and observations do not promise campaign outcomes.

5. Market, beta and early access

Method describes sources; only admitted official APIs, DSA repositories and plain brand-site fetches respecting robots.txt are permitted. Competitor wording must not be copied into generated suggestions or source blocks evaded. Each ad shows its source and date; takedown requests have a 72-hour deadline. The creator beta is voluntary with separate consents, self-declared rates and no profile scraping. Early access requires email confirmation and does not establish feature availability.

6. Data and exit

Privacy, DPA and the provider inventory explain roles and locations without a general EU-only claim. Market observations are kept for 13 calendar months; own data defaults to subscription plus 90 days. Owners or administrators can download an offline archive and request deletion with two weeks for export or withdrawal; backups expire separately.

7. Support, requests and changes

Polish support and issue reporting are available through the in-app Write to us form and contact below, targeting a reply within one business day, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 Warsaw time. Describe the issue without passwords or credentials. Material terms or provider changes require notice and a new document version; recorded acceptance text never changes.

8. Requirements and permitted use

Use requires internet access, a current browser with JavaScript and necessary session storage, and access to the supplied email address. The customer protects accounts and grants access only to authorized people. Unlawful content, infringement, disclosure of credentials and disruption of the service are prohibited. Connected platform restrictions and unavailable sources may reduce observation coverage; a missing read does not establish that no ad exists.

9. Orders, termination and data after exit

An account or early-access subscription is separate from a paid order. Order terms specify the plan, period, price, renewal and termination; unagreed payments do not start. The customer may request termination through the contact below. Workspace deletion is a separate confirmed action and does not replace order settlement. After access ends, available export follows retention rules; downloaded files can be read without a Patternward account.

10. Requests and responsibility

Service requests may be sent by email or the in-app form with the event and desired resolution; passwords should not be sent. Patternward investigates and explains available actions. The tool supports decisions, and the customer checks data, proposals, material rights and publishing settings before use. Applicable law governs responsibility; this draft does not exclude liability that law protects and does not impose a monetary limit without agreement.

11. Law, disputes and document changes

The draft proposes Polish law while preserving mandatory provisions. The parties first try to clarify a dispute through the contact below; unresolved disputes go to the competent court under applicable rules. The draft does not remove statutory rights, including where a buyer qualifies for consumer protection. Before contracting, a lawyer verifies these provisions, information duties and change rules; new wording never replaces the retained copy of an accepted version.

Free week, payments, cancellation and refunds

This part explains how you pay for Patternward and how you stop paying. Approved for the pilot, 12 Oct 2026.

Free week

The free week starts when your audit arrives and lasts 7 days. You give no card and nothing renews by itself: after day seven without a paid choice, free Radar remains with the first brand and three most recently observed competitors. Extra brands and clients become hidden and read-only, exportable for 90 days. Your own data is retained for the subscription and 90 days after it ends. Market observations are retained for 13 calendar months from capture, then deleted with a receipt. A paid plan starts only when you order it and the payment is confirmed.

What renews

A plan paid by card renews for another period of the same length, a month or a year, until you turn renewal off. A yearly plan paid with BLIK or by bank transfer does not renew by itself: before the year ends you decide whether to order another one.

Payment methods

By card you pay monthly or for a year in advance. With BLIK and by bank transfer against a proforma invoice you pay for a year in advance; access after a transfer starts when we record it, usually within one business day. The payment window lists exactly what is available now, and an unavailable method shows its reason. We will choose the payment provider before sales start; until then payments run in test mode and nothing is charged.

Prices and tax

Prices are net, in Polish złoty. Before paying you see the net amount, VAT and the total due; Polish sales use the 23% rate. For a business in another EU country with a VAT number confirmed in VIES we apply the reverse charge.

How to cancel

You turn renewal off yourself under Settings, Billing, with Cancel subscription. You get a confirmation email. The plan works until the end of the paid period. After that you can still sign in and download the full archive of your data under the data retention rules. Deleting the workspace is a separate action and does not replace cancelling.

Refunds

A payment taken by mistake or twice is refunded in full to the same payment method, with a correcting invoice. Cancelling does not refund the current, already paid period, because the plan works until it ends. If you are protected as a consumer, these terms do not limit that protection. Send a refund request through Write to us or to the address in the seller details.

VAT invoices

We issue a VAT invoice after every recorded payment, to the details given in the order. You find it under Settings, Billing, as a PDF and as a structured FA(3) file prepared for KSeF. For a bank transfer you first get a proforma invoice, and the VAT invoice after the payment is recorded.

First-payment refund

Email within 30 days of the first payment for a full refund, including annual payments, once per NIP. We issue a KOR correction invoice, end paid access, and reverse referral rewards and partner commission.

Radar after seven days

The trial starts when your audit arrives and lasts seven days. Without a paid choice it becomes free Radar: the first brand, three most recently observed competitors, 30-day thumbnails, the category headline and five Ask queries. Extra brands and clients become hidden and read-only, exportable for 90 days. Your own data is retained for the subscription and 90 days after it ends. Market observations are retained for 13 calendar months from capture, then deleted with a receipt. Radar covers your own business, not clients, once per canonical domain and NIP.

Founding cohort

The first 25 organisations starting paid Solo or Agencja keep their price and allowances for twelve months. Later allowance reductions require 30 days notice and a price reduction or refund for the unused period.

Delivery within 48 hours

The 48-hour clock starts when you confirm the competitor list and provide photos suitable for ads. An editor confirms photo readiness. If we miss delivery of 3 competitor observations and 3 creatives ready for approval within that time in your first week, your first month costs PLN 0.00. We record the miss in the public register. Approval time and pack preparation after approval are counted separately.
