Trial terms and pricing
Product terms, version of 11 October 2026. This is not the legal terms of service. The terms and privacy policy are with the lawyer for review and will appear here when ready.
Trial: 7 days, no card
- Every plan starts with a 7-day trial. You give no card.
- The trial never turns into a paid plan by itself. You pay only when you choose a plan yourself.
- In the trial you get a weekly plan and pack at Solo volumes.
- One trial per shop domain and NIP.
- In the trial we use paid external services (models and images) up to a total of PLN 40.00 of cost on our side. When the allowance runs out, we show it in the app. You pay nothing for the allowance.
If we miss the deadline in your first week, your first month costs PLN 0.00. We record the miss in the public register. An editor confirms photo readiness.
What arrives in the first 48 hours
- Within 48 hours: 3 competitor observations and 3 creatives ready for your approval. The clock starts when you confirm the competitor list and provide photos suitable for ads. If we miss it, your first month costs PLN 0.00. After you approve, we prepare the publishing pack.
- Customer approval and pack preparation are shown separately. Your approval time does not affect the 48-hour verdict.
- We count the time from confirmation of the competitor list and receipt of photos suitable for ads. The app card shows the start, the deadline and whether we delivered.
- If we miss, the card says so plainly and shows what you already have.
- We publish pilot entries, without shop names or content, in the 48-hour register.
How to end the trial
- You have nothing to cancel, because you give no card. After 7 days the account moves to free Radar.
- On Radar your first brand and 3 competitor brands stay active. The rest is read-only and downloadable for 90 days.
Pricing after the trial (net prices, monthly billing)

- Generated images will appear in plans when we enable generation. Until then we do not count them and you do not pay for them.
- At launch we bill monthly only.
- One creative is one design in every size of its channel.
Refunds
- We return the first payment within 30 days if you cancel. Once per NIP, by correction invoice.
First customers
- The first 25 organisations starting paid Solo or Agencja keep their price and allowances for 12 months. Solo costs PLN 249.00, then PLN 349.00.
Your data
- We keep measurements and ad captures for 13 months, then delete them and record it in the ledger.
- We complete a material removal request within 72 hours.
- Your materials serve only your shop.
What we do not promise
- We do not estimate spend, sales or ad return. We show what we measured, with a source and measurement time.
