Where do observations come from?

Admitted ad registries and retained product-page records in the monitored competitor panel. Every record has a source and date. Coverage depends on the source and category; observed run time does not describe sales.

Is the trend radar available?

The organic trend radar is in preparation. It awaits admitted sources and approved access. Explore the example and the reason for the wait.

Who checks rights to photos and music?

You supply asset rights, releases and claim evidence. Check sound rights before publishing. Commercially licensed sound selection is in early access.

Does a warning mean legal clearance?

A warning identifies something to review and its legal basis. It does not determine compliance. Evidence, disclosures and the final decision remain with the brand.

How do you retain data?

Storage and deletion are described in the retention policy. Processing and providers are described in the DPA and subprocessor list.
